Clean baseboards and wet clean doors/door frames (if necessary).
Wet clean windows, doors, and window sills (internal only, maximum height of 2-step ladder).
Remove all garbage.

Dust off blinds.
Make the beds.

Airbnb cleaning

We want all clients and guests to have an excellent experience in a clean and inviting environment. Services include:

BEDROOMS & LIVING AREAS:

Wash bed linens and replace with fresh ones.
Dust all furniture (tables, dressers, shelves).
Check inside dressers and clean if necessary.
Vacuum under beds and sofas.
Mop all floors.

BATHROOMS:

Scrub and sanitize the bathroom (toilet, sink, shower/tub).
Replace used towels with fresh ones.

KITCHEN:

Wipe down inside and outside the fridge.
Wipe down inside and outside the oven.
Empty the dishwasher and put away clean dishes.
Mop and vacuum kitchen floors.

OUTDOOR AREAS:

Dust and clean outdoor furniture (tables, chairs).
Grill: If cleaning is required, a $25 charge will be applied.
Pet Waste: We do not clean pet waste. Report immediately if found.
SUPPLIES & INSPECTION:
Replace supplies (if requested):
Bathroom: Soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap
Kitchen: Dish detergent, sink sponge, trash bags
Laundry: Laundry soap
General: Toilet paper, paper towels
Inspect for damage or missing items.
Report any issues with photos.
